I ran Main armaments mod 1 here, as you have a lot of AA mounts to spare in the Iowa. Keep your AA or just ensure you dont lose your guns. Basically, use the C Hull.įirst mod: Its just what you would prefer. On the Iowa, I used the C Hull, as the previous hulls are just slightly weaker in the AA department, and the rudder shift in the C Hull is faster. Rather than chase after a bunch of leads. The other ships you gusy have helped me with have been nothing short of amazing A lot of the information on captain builds and ship builds out there is outdated, and tells you to either use captain modules that are either no longer available, or are completely out of sync with the modern game. If you have an Iowa Captain/Module/Upgrades build that you use and don't mind sharing, I am interested to find out what folks are running so that I can put together a bit of an educated guess at what to run on mine. With Iowa is it best to go right to the "C" Hull? Or is there any advantage to be had by playing the other hulls!?!? I also had enough free XP that I unlocked all the Hulls and other upgrades o the Iowa.
You guys gave great feedback and I was able to play through the NC, & the Gneisenau and get the Bismarck, and today I purchased the Iowa. The last few ships I got, i came to the forums for some help on Captain and modules.
